Kiran is a Law Graduate and has completed his Graduation in Commerce. He is having 11 years of experience in the field of Indirect taxes. He has rich experience in consultancy, compliance and litigation services in various areas of Indirect tax.
- Kiran is a Commerce Graduate and has completed DTL & LLB from ILS law college, Pune. He is having 10 years of experience including big4 firm in the field of Indirect taxes; He is associated with Bizsolindia more than nine years;
- Experience in litigation support and representation before Tribunal and quasi-judicial authorities;
- He has rich experience in consultancy, compliance and audit services to the client in ERP environment;
- He was involved in advising clients on complex tax issues, strategic planning, suggesting tax-optimum structures, maximizing incentives / benefits under various tax and regulatory fronts;
- He led GST implementation at various Companies including Pharma, Chemical, Engineering and auto Ancillary. He was also part of GST implementation project of large auto OEM;
- Goods experience in executing various projects like GST implementation and audit, ITC reconciliations, system process setup, setting up a special economic zone, export oriented units, feasibility studies, due diligence;
- Expert knowledge of indirect tax laws;
- Presently, Senior Advisor - Consulting & Taxation and Head of Bizsol Legal functions.
