Ashok Nawal, was a fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of India. He is Founder of Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd. He is practicing Cost and Management Accountant. He is presently Central Council Member of ICAI-CMA. He is having industry exposure of more than 36 years in the fields of Indirect Tax, Foreign Trade Policy, FEMA etc. Before founding this company he had worked with some of the renowned corporates like Mahindra’s, Piramal’s and Jain Group of industries. He has imparted training to the officials of Central Excise department. He has also imparted training in more than 400 seminars organized by various corporates, industry association, professional bodies like ICAI-CA, ICAI-CMA, ICSI etc. He is regular speaker in various lectures / seminars arranged by Bizsol on Budget, Foreign Trade Policy etc. He has authored various articles in professional journals and magazines on the varied subjects. He is one of the Contributor to number of suggestions implemented by Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) and Ministry of Commerce for liberalization and simplification of laws. Currently is heading the Taxation Committee of the ICAI-CMA, which assist and advise the policy makers for devising the tax reforms in India. He is ex-member of task force for drafting the SEZ Rules, revamping of EOU scheme and Regional Advisory Committee of Excise Commissionerate.
