Venkat R Venkitachalam is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a Practicing Company Secretary. He is the Chairman of Bizsolindia Services Pvt Ltd. He has vast and varied experience in areas like Strategy, General Management, HR, Finance and Law. He is a former Chairman of Fibre Foam (Bombay) Pvt Ltd. He is also a former Executive Director of listed companies like VIP Industries Ltd. and DGP Windsor (India) Ltd. His industry related activities include stints as President of Nashik Industries and Manufacturers Association, Chairman of Nashik Zone of Confederation of Indian Industry and member of the Management Committee of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture. He had been a member on the Board of Management of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. He is closely associated with and is a visiting faculty at a number of management institutes. He is also a member of number of social and industry related associations in Maharashtra.
