The Ministry of Commerce & Industry has issued Notification restoring the RoDTEP rates and value caps to the levels applicable on 22 February 2026. The restored rates will apply to all eligible export products from 23 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, replacing the earlier 50% restriction notified on 23 February 2026. This notification also supersedes Notification No. 60/2025‑26 dated 23 February 2026 and its corrigendum dated 24 February 2026, except for actions already completed prior to the supersession. The restoration has been issued in public interest with the approval of the competent authority.
