The CBIC has issued a notification to update the list of banks eligible under S. No. 359A of Notification No. 50/2017-Customs for duty exemptions during FY 2025–26. In the Annexure to the Table of Notification No. 50/2017-Customs, the existing List 34A and List 34B (which are linked to S. No. 359A of the Table) are substituted with new Lists, applicable for the period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.

Revised Bank Lists:

List 34A (Effective 01.04.2025 to 31.03.2026)

Applicable to S. No. 359A of the Table — includes the following 13 banks:

  1. Axis Bank Limited
  2. Bank of India
  3. Federal Bank Limited
  4. HDFC Bank Limited
