Customs:
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Ministry of Finance, vide Notification No. 90/2026-Customs (N.T.) dated November 01, 2026, has issued the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2026, amending the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018.
The amendment provides for the substitution of the entry against Serial No. 6 in Column (3) of the Table after Form XII with the revised entry “31.01.2027”.
The amendment shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
