Accordingly, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023 and amendments to the Handbook of Procedures 2023 under the Foreign Trade Policy, the EOP for all Advance Authorisation Scheme (including Annual Requirement and Special Advance Authorisation) and the block-wise as well as overall EO period for Export Promotion Capital Goods Scheme (EPCG) authorisations expiring between March 01, 2026 and May 31, 2026 shall stand automatically extended up to August 31, 2026.
