Provisional attachment order can’t be extended by mere noting in file of concerned Officer: HC:-
On expiry of one year from date of provisional attachment of bank account, no fresh order having being passed by Revenue Authority, mere noting in file of concerned Officer could not constitute an order for extension of attachment period.
