Customs:
CBIC has extended the exemption date from 31/03/2024 to 30/09/2024 for following items
a) Good used for manufacturing of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate sheets or backsheets which are used in manufacture of solar photovoltaic cellls following under HSN 3208, 3815, 3901 & 3920
b) Solar Tempered Glass for manufacturing of solar cells / panels or modules under chapter 70
c) All goods following under HSN 7204
d) Magnesium Oxide coated cold steel coils under HSN 72251990
e) hot rolled coils, cold rolled Magnesium Oxide coated and annealed steel, hot rolled annealed and pickeled coils and cold rolled full hard
f) Parts and raw material for manufacture of goods to be supplied in connection with off shore oil exploration
g) capital goods for caustic soda unit or caustic potash units
h) lithium ion cell for use in manufacture of battery or battery pack for mobile phones or electrically operated vechicle or hybrid motor vehicle
