DGFT:
The Central Government has amended Schedule-II (Export Policy) of ITC (HS) 2022 to align it with the changes introduced by the Finance Act, 2025 dated 29th March 2025. Issued under the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 and Paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, this notification introduces, deletes, amends, splits, or merges specific ITC (HS) codes, as detailed in Annexure-I. Additionally, modifications to Section Notes, Chapter Notes, Sub-heading Notes, and Supplementary Notes are provided in Annexure-II. The updated ITC (HS) codes and notes will be available on the DGFT website, and the amendments take effect immediately.
