Abhishek Malpani is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has graduated from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. He is a partner in MPAS & Associates, Chartered Accountant. He is heading operations at Aurangabad Branch of the company. He has more than 10 years of experience in Strategic planning, Advisory & Audit Services w.r.t. Direct & Indirect Taxes, Foreign Trade Policy for newly setup and existing enterprise.
His specialization lies in Indirect Tax, Foreign Trade Policy and Transfer Pricing matters. Assisted clients in formulating and implementing the Accounting Policies, procedures and principles specifically focused on Goods and Services Tax reporting and its easy compliance. Having assisted clients in smooth transition to new indirect tax regime, have advised in the matters of tax optimization, maximization of various benefits under Foreign Trade Policy and easing compliances.
He has conducted workshop and training on various topics like Central Excise, Customs, Service tax, Foreign Trade Policy. He is regular faculty for seminars and Training programs on varied subjects of Indirect taxes, Foreign Trade Policy, Budget Amendments etc arranged by Industry associations, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
