Preeti Kulkarni is associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has graduated from Mumbai University in Commerce. She is Director & also a partner in MPAS & Associates, Chartered Accountant. She has more than 12 years post qualification experience in Direct & Indirect Taxes and Foreign Trade Policy. Her expertise lies in internal audits for various companies for compliance of indirect taxes, direct taxes, Foreign Trade Policy and related matters. She also undertakes statutory audits and Transfer Pricing assignments. She also handled various matters of EOU, SEZ, STPI – from set up, operations to closure.
